As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, managing accounting processes, and supporting the organization's financial growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while collaborating with experienced professionals across multiple business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Reporting Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping activities. Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor company expenses and financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and financial records. Taxation & Compliance Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax professionals. Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance documentation. Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations. Accounts Management Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Monitor vendor payments and customer collections. Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests. Resolve accounting discrepancies efficiently. Financial Analysis Prepare MIS reports and business performance reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities. Support management with budgeting and forecasting activities.
