MIS + Accounts Manager
About This RoleExtracle Orbit is looking for an experienced MIS + Accounts Manager to manage financial accounting, MIS reporting, business data analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, taxation, advanced Excel, MIS reporting, and financial analysis, along with the ability to coordinate with different departments and provide accurate reports to management.Best For: Candidates who want practical exposure, growth and real client projects.Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Develop management dashboards and business performance reports. Analyze sales, revenue, expenses, collections, and operational data. Maintain accurate databases and reporting systems. Prepare KPI and management reports for decision-making. Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel. Coordinate with departments for data collection and verification. Identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracyAccounts & Finance Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Maintain ledgers, journals, vouchers, and financial records. Prepare bank reconciliation statements. Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. Monitor receivables, payables, outstanding payments, and collections. Assist with monthly and annual financial closing. Prepare financial statements and management accounts.
